The Recessed Solution for Fire-rated Ceilings

The ceiling systems of construction are required to meet certain houly fire ratings. The parts of the ceiling are usually made of fire-rated board to avoid flame spreading in the event of fire. But the cut-out hole required in the ceiling board for recessed downlight completly voids the fire rating of the structure.
